Directed by Lasse Halström and based on the novel by best-selling author Nicholas Sparks, DEAR JOHN tells story of John Tyree (Channing Tatum), a young soldier home on leave, and Savannah Curtis (Amanda Seyfried), the idealistic college student he falls in love with during her spring vacation. Over the next seven tumultuous years, the couple is separated by John’s increasingly dangerous deployments. Coming February 5th! But just for the USA!!... for Venezuela, Colmbia, Brazil and every contry in South America the release date is in April some day but how come in Chile is the 06-May-10!!! i CAN'T WAIT THAT MUCH LONGER! well i might read the book a few time by then.... but how come Chile is so far behind! Well the trailer looks amazing, and a love story is always welcome to see, but i just fell in love with it. I'm dying to have the book. Amanda (from Mamma Mia!, Mean Girls & Jennifer's Body) and Channing ( from Step Up, She's the Man & G.I. Joe), for my taste, are the prefect combination for a romance drama. a beautiful love story, a wonderful treat!
